Bumpbone.fx anyone get it work?

Hello

I am new to the forum here, you may know me as creator of froggy shoot out. I am making a whole new x10 game of sci fi froggies!

Anyway, just wondering if anyone has gotten bumpbone.fx to work with custom characters? I have my effect set and all my maps made and named correctly but no bump mapping on character Sad

I noticed on some of the scifi characters in stock media it seems to work so there must be a way.

i got it to work! you have to put the textures in the fpsc x10/texturebank subfolder to make it work for some reason. Surprised I found that out on the tgc forum. Someone had the same issue.

Ah yes, I was the one who had that problem...bit frustrating I might add...yeah I just dump them all in the FPSC X10 Files\texturebank folder and they work. I guess the same would apply to entities...

Are you going to try to get your sci-fi froggies in the competition by chance?

Yep, that's me, dennis b.

I don't know if I'll have much done by the time the competition deadline comes. If I do I'll enter it. But the holidays and all and work and also helping another guy with his game. Lots of stuff to do Surprised

This forum is a good idea, The one fpsc x10 topic in tgc forums isn't really sufficient.
